Processing Time

Every order is packed from our home base in Bozeman, Montana.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS. At checkout, you'll choose between two calculated options:

• USPS Ground Advantage — an economical option, typically arriving within 3–5 business days after processing
• USPS Priority Mail — a faster option, typically arriving within 1–3 business days after processing

Orders of $200 or more ship free within the United States.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International, with rates calculated at checkout. Transit times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 6–10 business days after processing.

We hope to bring Skyeland to more countries soon.

International Duties & Import Taxes

Skyeland ships beyond Montana's wide-open skies, and we want you to feel just as cared for wherever you're opening your box.

For international orders, duties and import taxes are not included in your purchase price. Depending on your country's regulations, your local carrier may bill you separately for these fees upon delivery. This is standard for international shipping and reflects your country's own import requirements, not an additional charge from us.

We believe in transparency, the same way we believe in what goes into every jar. If you have questions about potential duties before you order, we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate estimate.
